I have 4 CR Servos and I have the 5v and ground connected together for all 4 of them but clearly, an arduino cannot power all of them. Any other devices I can use to power them. I do not want to use a battery.

You can use a 5v or 6v wall powered dc power source directly to power the servos, or use a higher voltage wall powered dc power source with the 7805 regulator chips (don't forget to connect the power supply and arduino grounds). The below shows how to increase the 7805 chip output fron 5v to 5.7v for better servo performance. You will need to use a power source supplying sufficient current to operate the servos under their desired loading.
