servo question

Hi,

i'm trying to make an iron-man motorized faceplate using arduino mini pro (i was suggested to use arduino by this tutorial:
Iron man motorised faceplate electronics tutorial!!! | RPF Costume and Prop Maker Community ) but i don't know which type of servo i have to use for my purpose (faceplate weight more or less 200gr).
Which parameters i've to consider?
Can you help me?

thanks!

Firstly an understanding of torque and lever-arm is essential: force = torque / distance-from-axis. That or trial and error...

One short coming of that tutorial is that it appears a working iron-man motorized faceplate has not actually been made.

I wrote up a tutorial here that shows how to add animatronics to an Iron Man helmet (both wired and wireless) using Arduino-

There's a few other suit functions in there as well.
