Hlo can any one tell me the difference between..
( low voltage servo signal reverser and high voltage servo signal reverser)
I want to use MG995 servo motor..
which adapter can i use..?

Your topic has been moved to a more suitable location on the forum. Installation and Troubleshooting is not for advice on (nor for problems with) your project.
What exactly do you need the reverser to do ?
If you are controlling the servo with an Arduino then it is very unlikely that you need to use a reverser
Is nobody going to state the obvious??
One is low and the other is high voltage
Can You post links to their datasheets? The words "low" or "high" are not really scientific, more of emotional, not specifying any voltage.
A datasheet link to the servo You use could tell half the story.
If you intend to run the MG995 from a 5 Volt power source you can use the low volt reverser.
As others have said, why would you use a reverser if you use an Arduino.
The Arduino can do the same, better, and with more options if needed.
