so ive got a project where one of our objectives is to control the speed of a servo motor using feedback from an absolute encoder. im really new to arduino and controls in general so i am inexperienced with this stuff to say the least. any suggestions or insight would be very helpful. thanks, MT

A hobby servo already has feedback from an absolute encoder (a pot).
