Servo + Switch problems Pls Help

My idea was this; When a push button is shortly pressed once, it would move the servo 150; and when pressed shortly again, it would close the servo 150; .

However I haven't gotten anything like this done. The closest I got with my code was that the servo moved only when the button was always HIGH.

I am using Arduino UNO and a micro servo. Anyone willing to help a noob?
