Servo Will Work on Pro Mini Pin D5, but not D3

Hi all,

As the title says, I am able to run a servo on PWM pin D5 of a 3.3V Pro Mini, but not on the PWM pin D3. Any reason for this? I have already sent off for a PCB to be made and would not like to have to switch the pins.
