Servos

Can i conect a circle using only the positive and negative to a battery and power it without connecting into an Arduino board and still make it work, pretty much if it's a 180 servo I want the servo to go back and forth like a windshield wiper

Connect a circle?

If you're question is, can I use a servo with just a battery the answer is no.

You can power a servo independently of the Arduino using a suitable external power source. Connect the negative side of the power source to GND on the Arduino and the servo control input to your chosen output pin on the Arduino, but it is not clear what your question really is.

There is a lot I do not understand in your question, but this part I got.
This is exactly the behavior that you get from the servo sweep tutorial.
But a word of caution - most servo tutorials show the servo powered form the arduino 5v pin. Don't do that. It might be able to power a very small servo that is unloaded. But if you have a bigger servo, or have more than one servo, or put any kind of load on the servo by making it move something other than its own arm, then the regulator on the arduino will overheat and shut down, or worse.
