No, the problem is clearly in your hardware design.
if - but only if - you describe exactly your hardware, with Web links to any uncommon parts, we may be able to correct your faulty hardware design.
But it clearly cannot be a working design, otherwise you would not be asking, so the design will need to be fixed - made correct - before it can be made to work.
