Set temperature value using menu in nokia lcd and EEPROM

Hi I ,want to create a menu with

  1. Default temperature values
  2. Custom value where user can edit the temperature
    and download the setting using EEPROM

I find lot of Menu example, but i cannot find menu where i can edit a numerical value and send to EEPROM
