Setting HC-05 to non-discoverable mode problem?

I have a problem with the cheap bluetooth HC-05, which I have not found an answer after rigorous search throughout the internet.

The manuals only state the possibility of Limited Discoverable Mode (LDM), but is there a way to put it in non-discoverable mode?

http://www.csr.com/products/29/bluecore4-ext the bluetooth chip is apparently:

Bluetooth v2.0+EDR specification compliant

Then the HC-05 talks about the LDM, and according to the specifications of 2.0 + EDR DotOrgLogin

If limited discoverable mode is supported, non-discoverable mode is mandatory,
otherwise optional.

This is specific to the application to be in non-discoverable mode if possible? (without pskey, and uploading a new firmware) .

Much appreciated if somebody knowledgeable is aware how to do this, and can give me a hint on the issue.

I asked Byron http://byron76.blogspot.co.uk/ and he suggested looking into PSKeys, and I believe that it is not possible with the current firmware (or the ones out there) to set the HC-05 to non-discoverable mode. It does seem that Bluesuite's PSTool (or command line) is required and perhaps some USB -> SPI with some soldering to turn this mode on.

If anyone knows that this has already been implemented in a firmware update or there's a undocumented AT command then I'm happy otherwise the above is the route.
