Setting period for timer one affect pin 9 and 10 right?

Hey
I am using a library called Timer1. I just want to clarify something. When i set the frequency for timer1 pin 9 and 10 both get those frequency right?

in other worse TCCR1A(pin 9) and TCCR1B (pin 10) get the same frequency correct?
