Hey!
I need to be able to set time, using a button and then a 4x4 keypad. I have made the clock work on the lcd by using a potentiometer, now i just need help on the setting time bit.
Anyone who knows how to this?
Yes, many many people on the forum can do that, but none of them would. It would be too frustrating. Every time the Arduino gets reset, or a new sketch is uploaded, or power is disconnected, the time that you carefully enter will be lost and would have to be re-entered. Life is too short! Get an RTC. Or get the time from somewhere else like the internet or GPS satellites, or...
