Setting up a table hockey goal light/buzzer

Hi all,

I'm pretty rusty with Arduino, but I was hoping I could get some assistance. I'd like to set up two photoreceptors, and two LEDs, one for each goal for my table hockey game. I'd like to set it up for when the light falls below a certain lux, which would hopefully happen with the puck blocks some of the light from a small opening under the goal when it goes in, the light for that goal turns on for five seconds and a goal horn sound plays on the speaker. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

What is the width between goal posts? Diameter of puck? What if the puck is rolling on edge or airborne? Not easy.
Best way might be to "feel" the backstop for impacts.
