I do have build a K3NG cw keyer with this display type.
It all works great but I like to have a brightness setup for this display.
Could anyone help my with the exact program commands to setup the brightness of this display.
And where I have to write those commands into the K3NG software.
Did I have to write those commands in the mean program or in the adjacent utility programs of
this K3NG project ?
I use the standard commands of a ordinary 4X20 LCD display due the fact my VFD display is 100% compatibele with a ordinary LCD with a HD66712 controller.
I do only mis the brightness setting in this setup
I hope someone could give my a solution for this purpose..

You must now where all those commands shouldbe write within the K3NG software relaise !!
K3NG is formed by a mean program and a lot of utility programs used by the mean program ?
I do have not this experience to realise this setup.
I am looking for someone who is a experienced ARDUINO K3NG user ad programmer !
Someone who can give my a solution for this matter I think ..
I look forward for any more explained help around this subject.
I do have the impression that the use of VFD displays is very small in projects like those ....
Mine is working very well behind the K3NG CW keyer setup just the brightness is a bit to high for common use.
