Is pin 12 of this Pololu IR sensor Carrier scematics connected to the source? what does the arrow mean on pin EABLE and OUT? help please, im trying to make my own carrier. xD Thanks in Advance!

yes sir, Pin 12 is Vin and on the Maximum rating table
Input terminal voltage Vin -0.3 to VCC+0.3 V
is it ok if ill just connect it to Vcc? +5v?

The arrow means it is an input (Enable) signal.
When it is high, your device is enabled. (Did you see the timing signal waveforms that show the waveforms during the period that
Enable is high. If Enable is LOW, the device is disabled.
