Has anyone had any experience ordering from and using the shields by Blueberry De (http://blueberryde.com/) in Australia? I've placed two orders with them for their 24 Channel Analog Expander Shield. Both times after several weeks without the order arriving or any emails regarding it shipping or being delayed I emailed them and asked what the status of the order was. The next business day after emailing them my payment would be refunded in full with no explanation as to why the order hadn't been shipped or why the payment was being refunded.
