SHIPMENT MISSING, NO ANSWER

I ordered an arduino started kit 1 month ago and still have not received it. I sent 3 emails to their store support and still no answer.

It turns out the method you selected at shipping (regular postage) takes longer than a regular currier, besides there were some issues with the address.
