Hi I wanted to purchase a board from the site and it just says a price but says nothing about shipping. Does anyone know how to select the shipping method or know the standard shipping?
I also went to support and support forum and for a day it just says file not found when i click on support link.
can anyone help.
Could be a warning sign if the site is messed up. Below are some options.

I think you misunderstand.
I presume this Forum is financed by the Arduino folks, but it is not part of the shop and as far as I can see the Arduino folks rarely read the Forum.
I have not seen any sign of anyone being unfriendly towards you.

I think the correct URL is http://store-usa.arduino.cc/pages/contact-us-store-support but there might be another one for Genuino that I can't access.
