I was looking around at robotshop.com, and oh man!!! So many nice things they got, the problem is just that the price of any of those items would almost double their price before I can get any of them.
Then tried to find similar shops inside EU so I didn't have to pay that extra toll on them, but didn't find any with a really big and wide collection of sensors and such as robotshop got. So do you have any favourite shops inside EU where you get your stuff, or do you know of any?
I tried something similar but didn't get a lot of response.

Not as big as some of the shops in US, but it is bigger than the Danish we got here, and a lot cheaper. Even the freight is cheaper! (it is ridiculous expensive here, cheapest package is almost 13$!) 
This is why I like Hong Kong*/Chinese sellers, the shipping is cheap and they don't mind helping you get things past the thieves at customs.

The problem we got here, is just that if they just THINK the things in the package is worth more than allowed, they add a 500DKK (around 85$) fee, just for handeling it, then the tax on top (from what they judged it to be worth) if they feel like it.
Worst around Christmas, EVERYTHING is getting that 85$ fee then, no matter what. I ordered a little dvi > d-sub converter, price was like a half dollar, still got a 85$ fee on top of it. I refused to pay, and the package was send back. But they know people order stuff outside the country here, and most of them need what they get for presents, so they can add the fee, and people will most likely pay, because they really need that package.

Hmm. You seem to have pretty strange laws then.
If I order something from abroad, I only pay import tax and that's it. I take my credit card bill / paypal account printout to the customs office, tell them the B-Code that matches the product for their little import/export statistics "game" and I'm out again.
Sometimes it takes quite a while for the stuff to show up at customs and nobody knows where it's been, but no guessing of how much the product is worth or exorbitant fees involved.

It is all about how you bend them.
If they judge that they have to look at it, the handling fee (~85$) is added, then they look at the tax...
