This problem happens to me again and again. When I start cutting on cnc router, alarm shows up after some time.I don't understand where the problem is. I have also checked the wiring or the Arduino board but have no idea why this is happening.
Extreme environmental conditions can affect both the electronic components and the mechanical parts of your CNC machine. The operating environment should be within the recommended range.
Start by supplying some information on what kind of hardware you're working with.
I am using Arduino Uno 3 board with cnc shield And I am using Grbl Candle software to run the program
See here:
Look into whatever diagnostics information the GRBL software is providing and use that to track down the error.
You're likely better off asking your questions on a forum dedicated to GRBL Candle. Then, if a hardware error turns out to be the cause, check back here on the Arduino board.
Good luck!

For a 3018-PROVer, PROVerXL 4030, or any GRBL-based CNC with limit switches, "Alarm" is the correct status to see with an active connection to your CNC.
