SHT3x has stopped working and is broken. Unfortunately, the whole I2C stopped working completely. My BME280 and other I2C devices do not work.
It looks like it will probably be a hardware bug where SHT3x blocks the entire I2C completely. Still, I have to ask, is it hardware or can it be handled by software - ignore I2C for SHT3x faulty module?

Have you tried to run the I2C_scanner with only the SHT3X connected?

As long as the SHT3X doesn't hold the SDA/SCL line low, you should be okay to skip it or not talk to it.
Why do you suspect the SHT3x if the whole bus doesn't work? How do you know that the processor's I2C still works?
