SIM808 DC Jack problem

Hi guys!

I have this SIM808 module, when I try to turn it on via pressing the button for around 2 secs, it blinks about 3 times and stops.
I am trying to use external power supply, and when i plug the 12V adapter to the board, nothing happens, the DC Jack seems to be broken.

What to do?

What is suppose to happen that isn't happening?

I think the LEDs should light on.

The main problem is that i can't get the module to work, D3-D4-D5 LEDs stop blinking.
There is no datasheet which would tell me how to overcome this issue.
