Let me say first that I got it to work. Then found a bad servo was causing issues. I have as of today replaced the bad for new and ran the code again. The type of servo I have has a small pot for fine tuning...and when I say fine it's like less then a degree to adjust the stop point. Its best done using an oscilloscope.
