Hi, I bought some BTS6143D in DPAK 5 pin housing (http://de.farnell.com/infineon/bts6143d/profet-p-to252-5/dp/1440813) an soldered one of them to a prototype board. Reading the datasheet I couldn't find out where PIN1 or Pin 5 is.
Can someone help me?
Strange..the datasheet doesn't seem to specify! If I had to guess, based on the drawing, I'd say pin 1 is the far left when the pins are facing down with the metal tab facing away, but that's just a guess..
