simple mic circuit won't work

im using a pre amp mic circuit in a simple circuit, the pre amp circuit doesn't give out the output it should be , instead it's giving a random value around 400 and keep increment by 1

pic of the circuit (some resistance values aren't right on the cw circuit diagram but it's correct in the real circuit)

i did not plug in the switch, motor, buzzer, led to avoid anything wrong with them that may cause this but it still the same problem

the pre amp circuit concept

what i've tried already is replacing the mic with another one but no luck
please atleast tell me what should i try or what may cause this problem

Simple, you didn't remember to wire it all to an arduino. Or did you post into the wrong section?

im only 3 posts old in this forum so you could be less mean you know

Looks like your C3 is faulty. replace it and try again..
