Simplify3d and Materia rock solid using Kiwi Sharebot 3d profile

After fighting with slic3r all weekend I decided to go with simplify3d (yes, not open source I know, but its been rock solid for me on my work printer)

I have the following now working perfectly on the Materia 101 and printed a complete stem engine model with all parts fitting perfectly.

  1. Add the Sharebot Kiwi 3d profile to simplify3d.
  2. Place the parts to the front of the bed
  3. When printing choose PLA (not from gcode)
  4. Print away

Hope this helps others who have bought/built the Materia 101
