Simracing steering wheel hub issue

Hello.

1st post on this forum and my competencies in electronics and programming are limited so please be gentle.

I am doing SImracing, running a SIMAGIC ALPHA and NEO GT as my main set-up. I also had a 3rd wheel with QR for Rallying purpose and found myself in the need for having more functionality(shifters, buttons etc) on that 2nd wheel

I had considered the NEOX hub but found this on ALiexpress at Half the price so I ordered it.

It arrived last night and it all looks decent with 4 paddles installed, shifter and analog clutch
Hello.

as you can tell, rpm lights are also built-in. They were not working out of the box so I went to SIMHUB and created a dedicated profile.

Was my 1st time ever using this functionally but I managed to get it working in all the Games I have tested so far

the only problem I have left is with the 2 Funky switches. They are recognized in Game and I can assign functionality but only for Up/Down/Left/right. the rotary and press functions don't work at all so this is where I need help

As I mentioned, I am no electronics and Programming expert at all so I am lost at what I can do to get it fully working.

It looks cool. Would be fun to play with.

Think your best bet is the manufacturer of the wheel.
The next thought is forums that do Simracing.

Not that these are the same, but when I configured wheels in cars, there were many drop down levels of menus that if not enabled would not allow a top menu selection to work.
Some buttons only be active with certain software.

I did contact the seller of this wheel hub and he just confirmed the funky switch functions like rotary and push are not set, I asked if they could help me to apply them via whatever way and got no answer.

I have posted this on reddit simracing hub as well as my SIMAGIC discord but it seems this is not geeting much traction tbh.

as the board is an Arduino leonardo as it shows in W11 game controller and also Simhub, this is why I am coming here.

the RPM LEDs were not working out of the box in any Game so I had to use the neat Simhub Arduino tab to get them to work.

but these 2 funky switches are really helpful in Simracing so I am hoping for some kind people here to guide me
