I have spent a lot of time on this i am not able to get it successfully .

How i can make a Wheatstone bridge in Proteus with the help of MCP41010 connecting supply to the PW0 of Potentiometer and two fixed resistance .I want to control the Potentiometer increment by satisfying the condition that galvanometer is balanced or not if it balanced then no increment otherwise change the Potentiometer steps /levels till we get null point .

Like in your Murray Loop post you missed a connection. A Wheatstone bridge is powered at two opposite ends and measured between the other opposite ends.

For ratiometric measurement connect Arduino VCC and GND as the bridge power, instead of the battery.
