The drill layout is not showing the 3 wire jumper holes.(6 holes)
Probably due to having the top layer turned off when creating the cam file.

Capacitors C3 C4 C6 C7 should be ceramic capacitors, not tantalum. Schematic symbols are correct showing no polarity, but BOM(Bill of Materials) says tantalum.
