Have you looked at some of the Analog Devices low voltage devices, I've used the AD8656 which is
probably over speced for what you need, and isn't the cheapest, but they will have a selection chart somewhere
online.
Do you know about parametric search engines available on most major electronicss parts stockists websites?
You may be able to identify candidates that way.
