I have a project using NFC for a ventilation system,
I have NXP Ntag I2C and AMS AS3953 evaluation board,
both have different size of antenna,
So i wonder if this size of antenna will impact on the sensitiveness or something else?

give me more details !
dbi ?
or datasheet

yes, the length of antenna's have at least a relation with the wavelength of the transmissions to improve signal.
There you go:

They both work at the same frequency so that means the bigger the antenna the more sensitive it will be.
the bigger the antenna the more sensitive it will be.
by you mean the bigger the size, do you mean the size of the field area? Or the total length of the antenna?
Not sure what you mean by that. But assuming that two antenna are tuned to the same frequency the larger area make it more efficient at picking up the EM signals that are around.
With 125KHz RFID you get a larger range the bigger the coil is physically. I have worked with them and know that to be true. There is no reason to suppose this changes at 13MHz, if as I said they are tuned to resonate at the correct frequency.
There will be a point where making them bigger has no effect or even reduces the range if you take this to absurd levels.
