Sketch burned into the 32u4

Hello

I have a really serious problem with my Yun. I can't upload new sketches, and one sketch is like burned into the 32u4 chip. From the IDE it uploads fine, and blinks the RX pin, but the sketch stays the same (can see it in the serial output).

I've tried all reset to factory settings functions, and I can reset linino, but not the 32u4 chip. Anyone have similar problem, or know what to do? :slight_smile:

  1. flash bootloader only, erase sketche.
/usr/bin/run-avrdude    /etc/arduino/Caterina-Yun.hex
