sketch Do not load in Windows 10 but a same working well windows 7

Hello,

I'm using Arduino: 1.8.9 ARDUINO UNO R3 Board

When trying to Verify or Upload in Windows 10 Pro, I have this following message Error

Arduino: 1.8.9 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"
Timer:28:21: error: TimeLib.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
exit status 1
TimeLib.h: No such file or directory
This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Strangely, the same sketch works well with windows 7 not show this that message

so please any Help?

You have the Time library installed on the Windows 7 computer, but you forgot to install it on the Windows 10 computer. Install the library and the error will be fixed.
