Sketches not uploding pls help a noob

So to start I am a complete noob...
I was recently trying to upload a sketch to help turn a stepper motor (code from elegoo) when I got this error message

Arduino: 1.8.15 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino Uno"

Sketch uses 3262 bytes (10%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.

Global variables use 230 bytes (11%) of dynamic memory, leaving 1818 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

I have no idea what in the hay is going on!
I have looked elsewhere on the forum to no avail. There was one discussion I found Sketches not uploading
That had a bunch of technical lingo that I don't understand.
Help pls? (sorry to bother yall with my hole of knowledge)

Disconnect everything from the board and try to upload; make sure that you have the correct board and the correct port selected.

Thanks, guys!!!
