Slow bluetooth data trans with PC and Symbian , but fast with Mobile Phone, Why?

I'm just wondering why I can read real-time data thru Bluetooth connection to Windows Mobile, but for my laptop and Nokia Symbian Belle it is extreme slow.

For the laptop and mobile I'm testing with Putty.

Can the problem be in my code?
