I'm a newcomer in robotics! Now I'm choosing what to buy for my first project. We want the car with camera connected to PC through wi-fi that could move into the room avoiding collision with simple obstacles (video processing is implemented on PC side).
After a couple days of searching on different web-sites, I have the following picture:
We need to buy Yun-board, wifi-camera, router, car chassis and two engines.
My question is about small stuff: what wires/connectors/resistors we need to add in this package to realise our plans?

Probably stuff like wires, resistors , capacitors, batteries, breadboard, voltage regulator, soldering iron, etc.. With such a vague proposed robot description, no specifics can be given until you have details of your design. Below is a link to a simple routerbot project using an arduino and a wifi router.
A breadboard can be useful to try out simple circuits before you go soldering anything. A few of each transistors. (npn, pnp, n channel mosfet, p channel mosfet), bunch of assorted ceramic capacitors. MULTIMETER diodes, some pots
