Dream on. Arduino/RPi/ESP32 cameras take still pictures. you could get a small camera, an amateur radio license, an ATV transmitter ( Amateur TV ) and do live video. You will need a heavy lifter aircraft
The ESP cams strain the memory capacity of an ESP32. The WiFi interface is also a bottleneck. the nano probably does not have enough pins.

But the OP has not given us any information about what the Nano is actually expected to do.
Sounds like an application for a Pi at a guess.
It should translate video through RF mmodule to the controller
Use a Pi.
And transmitting 'high resolution' video thru an 'RF Module' is very unlikley.

Or which Arduino compatible 'RF Module' did you have in mind ?
Some sort of battery dummy load?
