WTF is SDB? Small diameter bomb, school district of Beloit, social developement bank, ... ?
Does that mean you have all the components, including power supply? Next is a block diagram showing all the components and the connections between each piece.
Then start at the beginning, drive a single WS2812, and write your own code that flashes the Neopixel, dims it, changes colours etc.
