Small, rechargeable Motor and RGB light

Hi everyone!
Full disclosure, I am pretty green on this and even tho I took a couple of classes on micro controllers, I have not put that knowledge into use... yet.

So I want to have the smallest possible set up to run a motor that will slowly turn, with an RGB light that will shift in colors with a switch to turn it on and off and a micro usb port to recharge it.
This will be enclosed inside a space of one inch diameter X half an inch height cylinder ( the enclosure is a 3d print so I could probably increase the size but would prefer it to be as small as possible)
I looked at the 'Tiny Lily' set up and that almost seems ideal. The main issues being the price (possibly 100 bucks for maybe 1 or 2 of these builds) and low stock on stuff like the motor driver.

Trying to find alternatives I saw the ATTiny412 series and I was wondering how feasible would it be to use that and what other parts should I try to get.

The end goal is to make a 'Slime Rancher Drone Bee'. A cute little bugger that has light up eyes and a slowly spinning key on top. I have designed the 3d model but it can be subject to change depending on what I'll need to make it work.
Am I being too delusional trying to make this little bee? All feedback will be welcomed.

Thank you!

My personal experience with a customer/engineer designing a miniature device is to do it in steps. First is to get something working as you want, then step by step, make it smaller and still continue to work. He finally got it so small the he had to contract with a company in Denver to place the components on his circuit board.

I didn't expect such a quick answer.

Yeah, sounds expensive and time consuming. I guess there is not a lot of shortcuts to achieve such gadget XD

I'll take your advice and try to make something functional first and go from there. Really appreciate the straight and helpful comment.

Ohhhh! That's a lot of projects to browse and learn from! Such a good resource! Thank you!
