Smallest Arduino with BLE

Hello. I am looking for an Arduino compatible microcontroller that is small, low power and has BLE available.

So far I have found this one that seems to be a good option:

But the reviews says it has issues and recommends one from Adafruit:

But the problem is that that one is out of stock.

Do you know any good alternative? If I can connect the 3.7V battery directly... much better.
