Hey everyone,
I'm incredibly new to Arduino and spending a lot of time trying to research and learn about the product. I have some understanding of how it works but there are a lot of modules that should be able to complete the hardware side of my project but instead of spending hours reading and trying to find possible completed projects, I figure maybe I could get a much faster answer from someone here please.
I'm looking to control a LED matrix display wirelessly via Bluetooth and needed input on the smallest possible Arudino and RGB shield to accomplish this. I do understand that the smallest boards most likely won't have the processing power to make it work but I need it as small as possible.
I've seen a tutorial controlling a 16x32 with a 6mm pitch LED display using the Arduino UNO and the RBG shield. The size is not bad but I'm wondering if there is something even smaller that would be capable of doing this but with a display with more LEDs. The total amount of LEDs I'm looking to get will be around 16x28 or thereabouts.
Thanks in advance. I'm looking forward to your suggestions and getting the parts to put this together. I'm super excited knowing that these parts aren't very expensive and I can start doing this right away without having to spend thousands trying to achieve this via some other method.
