Now your posting begins to make sense. How old is the device? Why can't you get documentation from the company that made it, or whoever installed it? Is your meter the only one in the area? Who maintains the light system? Is it you?Oh, and where did you get the message to send to the meter to get what you got?

It's a New Device, I have the manual but not including anything just saying Communication protocol GPRS: DLMS TCP/IP and the baud 9600
It's meant to be distributed system and connected to the network,
I'm trying to implement the module to help them in the system and we can't get any details from the company produced the meter
