okay guy have a really weird isuue. I Have this exact setup on my testla coil just fine but I have a faily good sig from my arduino. 74hc214 are suppose to clean... why is it worst. I ave checked my wiring 50 time tried one chip, then s brand new out of anti statistic bag.... Im so LOSt!!!!!!!!

That looks exactly like what the 74HC14 should do.
Please explain what the actual problem is and please correct your schematic if you have that 10uf capacitor in the circuit because as drawn, it makes no sense.
hey I think ur think of this backwards.. here is is again YELLOW is INPUT BLUE is OUTPUT. Blue should cleaner straighter and less ringing the yellow(Arduino out) WTF is going on.. But also caps don't matter i tried like 20 no diff. also tried 7 different schmitts no diff.

I’m not confused, you are. Re-read your first post where you said blue was in and yellow was out.
If it’s now blue is out and the signal is not correct, it’s because you’re overloading the output, drawing too much current. Disconnect the output pin and recheck, if it’s still rounded off, it’s a bad inverter. If you bought them from China, chances are good they’re not really 74HC14’s.
If yellow is indeed your drive signal, you don’t need a Schmitt trigger to clean up the waveform, you need a proper driver, capable of delivering the required current. Post a schematic of what you’re trying to drive.

Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
