software download onto windows 10

Hi i am new to Arduino and electronics I have recently purchased a Duinotech uno board and downloaded the IDE onto my computer fine however if I plug my board in via the usb port how do i go about downloading the driver software onto the board. Have looked under the support tab tried to follow those instructions. Cannot find the port under security.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Really doubt the port is under "security"
More likely "Device Manager"

It will be under "Ports COM & LPT" which in turn may be hidden and you may have to "Show Hidden Devices" to see them.

Also avoid USB 3.0 ports unless you are 100% sure they work on your computer with Arduinos.
