What software can I use best for creating schematics.
I am in the process of learning to create them so a little help from the software will help too 
KICAD. Lots of tutorial on youtube and you can just upload the project to oshpark et al. and get a PCB back.
I, personally, had better luck figuring out Eagle. And as I have said before, it could be that I just found the right tutorials at the time that made it seem easier to me.
