Environment: Windows PC Arduino software installed in my own folder structure: C:\xxmystuff\arduino Question: What is suitable structure to install a library such as aiko ?
User libraries go into sketchbook/libraries/<lib_name>
After copying a new library the IDE, if running, needs to be restarted, otherwise the newly installed lib won’t appear in the menu.
Thanks for confirming my understanding of the correct structure: xxx\Sketches\libraries<libraryname>. I seem to have a problem with some libraries I’ve imported, and I don’t quite understand the way the #include and the using namespace statements work when a library contains multiple xxx.h files. I’ll keep looking for info … and learning! ciao jb
