Don't post screenshots of text! That is very unhelpful. When you encounter an error you'll see a button on the right side of the orange bar "Copy error messages". Click that button. Paste the error in a message here USING CODE TAGS (</> button on the toolbar).
Do you see that button "copy error messages" at the right hand side in your image; use that to post your error messages instead if images.
For others, it;s a stk500_getsync error.
Which board?
Is it correctly recognised in Windows device manager (or the Linux/Mac counterparts)?
Which operation system?
Which version of the IDE?
Did you select the correct port in the IDE?
