of small dimensions for charger a battery one cell of 7,4V 1350mA by solar panels.
Is possible,in your opinion, use a battery one cell of 3,7V for a good work of Xbee, accelerometer and temperature sensor?

I made one and it works. I am not a battery expert, but I would be careful in selecting the right battery with the right charger.
I have an xbee and that draws 25 - 45 mA at 3.3 volts. I have no idea what an accelerometer needs for power and the temperature sensor power draw should be minimal. Hope any of this is helpful.
