Yes, they are. Except of course the connections to the cables.
Have you designed the mounting you will use for these panels? They will easily break because they have no frame. They must be attached to and supported by some other structure.
I am just planning to stick the panels on top of one of those ikea plastic containers, drill a hole on the lid for the wires to pass through, and seal the hole and sides with duck tape..
Be careful not to drop the lid!
I suggest you put some backing on the lid to keep it from flexing.
