Solar powered blue tooth controlled lights

Hello!

New here but I've got an idea for my outdoor shower area. I'd like to build a solar powered battery bank that has three controllable legs, one for a spot light possibly motion controlled and one marker light for the outside of the shower and one for the inside. I would like for all of them to be controlled via blue tooth. Power consumption of the ardino would be the concern if I'm unable to put it into standby or sleep.

Any guidance would be amazing!
